We met for the first time, facilitators and practitioners, in the calm Pear Tree space on a Saturday in January.
We began by sharing our names and something we liked to do which Kally drew, and Rachel and Leslie and others attempted to enact.

We made further enquiries into our name: who gave it to us, what did it mean, who were we named after, and a bit about our family tree.
We shock hands, practiced Eskimo kissing (probably a myth they do it with noses), Nepali greeting of Namaste, saluting, lifting of hat.
We began to write in our books.
Finally we talked geography. A bit like pinning the tail of the donkey, we marked where we lived on a map. Only one of us took an airplane to outside the UK – to Malta.
